    1. Partner Engagement Model

    • Definition: Demonstrate effective use of a "Partner" Engagement Model (Partner Advisory Group, PAG Working Group, pilot, other advisory group) across at least 3 major programs or initiatives by 3/31/12.

    2. Common Technology Services

    • Definition: Create common technology services deployable across platforms including,
    a. Single sign on for at least the GuideStar, TechSoup/TSGN websites, and CDI platform by

    3. Integrated Value Proposition

    • Definition: 40% of funding in 2012 will be for the integrated value proposition (IVP), one or more program areas

    8. Data Visualization

    • Definition: Develop at least 2 hypotheses about the capacity and the needs of those we reach in civil society by producing and analyzing a map using internal and external data that provides a visual view of our impact and reach.

    9. Consumability

    • Definition: Increase cross marketing efforts, the number of product offerings (by 30%) and the amount of messaging of the IVP to improve the ‘consumability’ of offerings and to grow the # of transactions (by 30%) where at least 5% of the increase is due to transactions other than product requests. Transactions might include voting in challenges, comments by end users, case studies shared, projects listed.

    10. Organization Growth

    • Definition: Generate 10 examples of corporate partnerships contributing to our constituents beyond product donations, e.g., hosting events, providing employee volunteers, participating in webinars, etc.

    • Definition: Enhance the efficiency of at least two business processes in core functional areas to facilitate scale and growth (e.g., Proimps, release management, donation processes, and global processes).

    13. Network-Generated Investment Pool

    • Definition: Design and implement a revised revenue sharing arrangement between TSG and TSGN partners that creates an investment pool of network-generated funds to increase sustainability and capacity of partners in less sustainable markets by 7/1/2012. Work with partners to finalize this plan and secure buy-in of changes and associated goals.

    14. Elevator Pitch

    • Definition: Demonstrate that each TSG employee, regardless of location or job, can provide an ‘elevator pitch’ on TS product donations programs, CDI programs, GDS programs and TSGN, as well as on TSG as a whole.
