Week in Review - Jan 23 to 29
Global Community Management and Outreach - Community management - moderated sites, replied to comments etc (CS Mon-Wed, AK Thurs-Fri, MM)
- Content Strategy: Provided feedback regarding removing content as requested by users (CS, LS)
- Content Strategy: Looked into definition of "Net2 recommends" and various past uses of the tag around the site. (CS, LS)
- Resource promotion and collaboration: Promoted livestream learning from organizer handbook during Tuesday's #commbuild chat. (CS)
NetSquared Local Management and Outreach- New Meetup Tool Integration: Continued Organizer outreach and replied to questions from Net2 Local organizers. Looped Susan Tenby into discussion to see what she wants to do with OCtribe group. (CS, MM)
- Administration: Worked with Anka to comprehensively update the Net2 Local map - To be continued! (CS, AK)
- Cloud Survey: Identified connection between cities on list provided (CS, MM)
- New Resource Creation: Worked with Anka to upgrade organizer spreadsheet to fusion table format (CS, AK)
- Dhaka, Bangladesh: Worked with organizer to encourage moving away from Facebook Person Profile as online presence for the group (CS)
- Vancouver: Looked into Net2 Camp in Vancouver and encouraged Anka to be involved and help promote (CS)
- Istanbul: Shared virtual event ideas + promoted virtual event widely (CS, VR)
- Houston: Hosted co-organizer orientation call. Lead organizer was a no-show (with a legitimate excuse) so we've rescheduled to have another call as well. (CS, AK)
- India: Introed New Delhi interested organizer to organizer in Hyderabad organizer and idea of WiserLocal groups (CS)
- Phoenix - shared step down messaging with organizer, encouraged her to find someone locally to replace her (CS, AK)
Network Administration- CS/MM weekly 1:1 on Tues
- CS/AK meeting re fusion tables on Monday
- Continued working on installing Adobe Programs per help from Anna Jaeger and Ron (to be continued).

- Content creation: Promote #commbuild chats to Net2 team, Local organizers, and wider Net2 community. This action is tentative, based on approval by Marc. (CS)
