As you probably know the Project Management Office uses a tool called the Project Initiation Form to scope and prioritize IT/software projects every quarter. The PIFs for Q4 are due next Friday, Feb 9th. This is just FYI, b/c I'm hopeful I know about all the software projects CDI has on-deck, but please do let me know if there's anything cooking I should be aware of.
